MK3s finished and the plan was completely strip the mk2 and give her a full wheels up as brand new build but with some careful thought i was thinking i could pass on bits of the strip and build on here im going to do it as cheap as i can IE the frame will be hammerite smooth aerosol and im fairly well clued up on all things electrical and mechanical so plan on passing on tips or fixes as i go including pics but not to Knackerereds lengths my budgets £200 knowing the engines a good en if this is to continue any thoughts or more details please ask or add.
As i say wont be super detailed but ill do all the ground work to keep the budget low and log all the places i find the build time is 2 months (ish lol)

thats what ive just done with my 89' cr250 mate, if youre going to strip the frame before you paint it i used graffiti remover to strip the old efforts of the previuos owner and also any grease and oil, it works great and i got it for a quid a tin off the local market, it will also work on plastics without damaging them

tri675 - Can you put your rebuild into the 'Motards/Specials' section please. I'm asking Admin to change the name to - 'Motard/Specials/Rebuilds' so we get all these together and it's obvious to forum members.
Look forward to posts
