Surrey TRF were absolutely sickened recently by the obvious lack of appropriate knowledge when councillors are faced with the task of voting on the making of a TRO.
They preferred to take their lead from the biased view point of a known anti MPV County Councillor, than be guided by the dedicated Rights Of Way team.
We think this is a flawed system, so if you also agree, please take a couple of minutes to sign our petition to get the system altered.

I have specified a 3 month run for the petition, so there's still quite a bit of time yet.
However, 20k is the number of signatures needed to really make an impact, and then get the chance to set out our stall at the highest levels of local government using an uninterrupted 3 minute slot.
