ANYONE RUNNING A MK3 WITH DEP FULL SYSTEM APPLY HERE
This site offers a special deal for DEP systems and a recent chappie has bought a MK3 system but the downpipe is not a 100% fit.
DEP have revealed that some MK3's do not marry up identically to the fitment, sharing with the AR.
Is there anyone out there with a MK3 who has a dep system fitted to help this poor chap decide what to do,
return it or mod it and fit it.

Exhaust fitment
Possibly wont help you MK3 owners but when I bought my MK1, it came fitted with a standard Honda front pipe, but it was blowing at the pipe to barrel joint, on insection I found the hole centeres to be incorrect, the studs on the barrel seemed to be in line with the center of the exhaust port but the holes on the exhaust fixing flange seemed to be out of line with the down pipe, this pushed the down pipe out of line with the exhaust port, I also bought a FMF pipe from the previous owner, The holes on the flange are in line with the down pipe, this ensured a good fit to the barrel.
I get the impression from this topic that my Honda pipe is possibly from a MK3 & the FMF is to suit a MK1.
If this is the case you should be able to elongate the holes on your DEP pipe flange to suit the stud centers on your barrel, this would bring the down pipe in line with the exhaust port.
