ok i've been hitting the buggers for over an hour now and they have moved maybe 0.5mm, there is only just enough edge to gett my drift on so I can't unlesh the full force of my hammer on it.

I've had my blow torch gentle heating the hub for 5 minutes, all it has done is make the remaining grease run out over the drive!

is there a special tool that i need?

i'll answer my own question now....

a mig welder is the special tool, couple of little blobs on the inside of the bearings. got a decent purchase, popped straight out!

Never heard of \"Brute force and ignorance M8\".Im a sort of collector of motorcycle related tools. Its my favourite by far........
I havnt had the pleasure of wheel bearings on the CRM yet,Forks seals were no hassle,so i guess it can only get worse.....

Glad your sorted 8)

brute force and igonrance wasn't working, took me a minute once i'd blobbed some weld on.

i'll do weld blobs first next time and save my self an hour...
