not starting
hiya , iv left my AR sat up for about two weeks and the other day i tried to start it , even tried bumping her. i checked the plug and it wasn't sparking , so i put a new one in , but still no joy, so i checked the HT lead and its not giving a spark , but i know the ht lead is ok , any ideas . cheers in advance .

Multi meter time, start at the magneto, is there and juice coming out on three phase supply [ 3 by yellow wires], from memory there's a snap connector on the down tube near the exhaust where this circuit joins.
Kill switches are a source of grief.
Of course it could be the PGM box has gone tits up, or the reg/rec, or sometimes both.
Side stand switch.
Oh, and you could also have a look in the search area for other known faults on that MK.

sorry about the late reply , long story short , was a poo kill switch , all fix , and happy to have my ar back . cheers :)
