Go to a mx shop.
buy 3 sheets of thick yellow vinyl ( they know the stuff you mean)
take home and stick to panels or alternatively if you have spare sticker use them as a template
cut to fit
stick em on!

Nick, the stuff your after is called \"fablon\" it can be got in haberdashery / art type shops and is about £3 per square meter and is (cue the blue peter expresion) \"sticky back plastic\".
