Just got back from nice days trailriding with my mate Ade, who is doing the RedKite sunday.Thought he could do with a bit of practice. Here are a couple of pics of that i took :D

I was amazed at how dry all the lanes were. Especially the one in the last pic, as it is normaly a stream :o

No probs Steve, great day out :D Got a bit tired at one point, but a bit of Lucozade sport sorted that out. Funny bit was, we stopped at the end of one lane, and my mate lost the front on a bit of soft gravel and dropped the XR at about 1 mile an hour :lol: :lol: Absolutely feckin hilariouse :lol: :lol: And he tried to blame me for going to slow ( he was proberbly right, but it was so funny). So when you are out doing the Red Kite, beware of some lunatic on a XR650 with no brake,s :wink: :lol: :lol:

yeah the daft ones are always the funniest,hope your mates good at dodging t*t's with no talent cause zig zagging is a personal speciality :!: :lol: :lol:

Today i,am totally and utterly Knackered :roll: My upper body feel's as though i,ve been beaten with half a dozen baseball bats :o Yesterday we did do a couple of steep stony climbs, one of them about a mile long with a a lot of loose stone, and my CRM try pull my arms off. Never mind, rest today, probably back out tomorrow :D
