what electrics to remove

I want to remove the electrics from my crm250 mk2 to use it of road.Im not going to use it on the road, does anyone know what i can remove so it will not affect the bikes running or how to do this?

what i do when i want to make a field bike is start the bike up and cut the wires one at a time, if it cuts out when u cut through a wire you know that the wire should be left
