ONE OF THOSE DAYS

you know how sometimes luck just aint on your side?
me and mickstoy are on the usual weekend trip in the peaks doin lanes we know and trying some we dont and it didnt go quite to plan

first off mick slams into an embankment with a large rock sticking out of it resulting in a large dent in his loverly dep pipe (lucky it missed the guard or it could have been really expensive

) and some holes in his new rst rain suit,BUGGER
the pipe with dent(gesture removed to protect the innocent,good pic considering i was larfing me pants off

then its mine turn for the share of the luck.travelling a bit too fast down a nice smooth lane that we hadn't done before the terrain changes from quick going to a rocky stream bed.it was either have an off or dive for a v in the rocks.made it through alright but the bike took a fair knock result i've clinically removed the chain guide and the bracket thats welded to the swing arm,BUGGER

this shouldn't be here should it???(please note i'm still smiling,unlike sulky boy no foul gestures)

Bit of bad luck that Slider

Better that the rock put a dent in Micks pipe and not his leg.
Hope you get your bike's sorted soon.

i think id of prefered a dent in the leg as i didnt pay money for that

anybody know if those exhaust blow out kits are any good ??

Oh dear, fancy fitting the exhaust guard so low down

Just get a compressor, seal up the other end of the pipe, set the compressor running and gently heat the affected area with a blow gun til it pops out, carefull not to overheat as you could end up with a bubble instead

mmm,character building i prefer the term,TOSS.nevermind i've come up with a cunning revenge plan involving a battery hammer drill,hammer,chisel and a spade.them rocks'll be larfing on the other side of their faces when we're through,the bestids!!!
