heres a list of the parts of my body that arent sore and are functioning correctly:

ear lobes!!!!

everything else is either sore or bruised  .the terrain was rough but not unrideable but there was that much of it,and trying to attack it as fast as i could go absolutely knackered me.by the end of lap 2 (88 miles) i was virtually running out of steam and my arms felt like lead.managed to do all three laps but cant see the times been upto much

cracking day though :) ,good to meet rooster and his riding posse, gwyn, ade, davey, liz and transalp chris again

think i'd better start on that fitness regime of yours gwyn,i'm gonna start as soon as i've finished this last 24 pack of tinnies

about 3 years ago i was down to 14st,but i was spending around 12 hrs at the gym a week for 18 months, got entirely bored with it and give it up.i was thinking of a mountain goat bike cause i'd probably enjoy that more than the gym/jogging etc might go shopping for one this week.i'm sure if i was as fit yesterday as i was back then i'd have coped a lot better

Hi guys, good to see you again, was a good day, least half of it was! Crashed out big style just after the MX track on lap 2, so there goes my chance of good times. Shoulder is going to a+e tonight, i can't move my arm!

Anyway, just read on the TBM forum (which i've tried to register on and can't) that there is some video of crashes. Any one want to ask if it was number 140? It would be nice to feel i have something to show for this hassle.

Gwyn, you got any photos of me too?

Hi Chris. I got a couple of pics of you, and one of your mate feeling his own breasts standing behind you :o Better keep an eye on him mate

Rowley off the TBM forum has some vid's to be put up on the TBM forum over the next few day's. He did mention he caught someone having a crash on the hill going out of the mx test. I'l try and find out if it was you  Hope you have good luck at A&E Chris, and not got any seriouse damage to your shoulder. I will put the pics up on here tomorrow :)
