Ryedale Rally 2008

Post by rich1960 » 28 Jan 2008, 19:16

I have got hold of an entry form for the Ryedale Rally, its on Sat/Sun 5/6th July in Ryedale near Pickering, N Yorks. Entry is £115 including club membership and ACU licence.

For anyone who's not sure what its about I can tell you it is a fantastic 2 days riding, not too competitive and easy going, CRM's are welcome as are most other trail/enduro bikes including big trail bikes like GS1200's, Transalps and the like, which means the course is prestty easy/steady for someone on a CRM.

I understand the regs will be posted on various websites soon, if anyone wants one sooner PM me and I will mail you a copy.

Richard

Go Richard! :D :D
Come on guy's get behind Richard, not only is he doing it for the same Ambulance that lifted me out of the mire, but he's doing it on my old Mk2 CRM.

We all know the bikes ability in these events, so it's all down to Richard. :o

Done my sponsorship online, really easy (and I'm a computer numpty)

It could be any of us next time, so let's help keep it flying :D :D :D

You guys were quick spotting the results.

I'm well chuffed with my result :D :D :D . I've had 3rd and 4th in the class before when the big bikes were in there and a best of 17th overall so 1st trail and 8th overall just shows how good these bikes are. Not bad for an 11 year old bike with a sort of lardy 47 year old on board. Makes the broken toe from Saturday well worth it.

Long live the CRM
