Hagland Welcome , your brothers RMX is going to be quicker away on a standing start for sure , however 'it being a dedicated Enduro bike it will be running out of steam as the CRM with it's longer TRAIL bike gearing is really getting on the pipe :D .Plus the CRM is a lot more civilised on the road + no premixing .

Premixing? My brother doesnt premix.

I there anywhere with a good set of specs for the CRM250, I use http://www.motorbikes.be/en" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;, I like this site coz you can compare side by side but the crm isnt listed on here. the RMX seat height is a little high for me but the crm is suppose to be lower.

thanks

hi i think both bikes are pretty similar in power and torque both been about 40 bhp, 3.8 kg. the cheapest one nearest to were you live would proberbly the best thing to do but having just bought a crm myself i would definitley recommend it, its an awsome bike. also any part you could ever need for the crm you can buy from leisure trail and the 2 stroke oil goes straight into the frame so no premixing. both cool looking bikes though.

regarding the seat height of the crm i'm 5ft 10 and can nearly get both feet flat on the floor.

Check out the search facility , i put an item on their about lowering the seat height ' by altering the [dog bones ] in the suspension set up .
This mod has worked out very well with no problems thus far .
