Post by briangoo » 31 May 2010, 19:58

as we all know on a mk2 it's in the frame but mine leeks from the sensor (par for the course me thinks) but i've seen a ar 2 stroke oil tank. so i'm wondering has any 1 put a ar tank on a mk2 & what if any changes or problems where found thanks in advance

the sensor on an AR tank are also prone to leak so if your thinking that installing one will get you away from that problem... . Do a search and you'll find instructions on how to seal the sensor up nicely.

on the other hand if I ever get to the point of doing a total rebuild of my bike I will probably create an extra oil tank in the frame like the other mk's have....along with making a custom lighter fuel tank and.... ;)
