Sorry :oops: , well I can't think of anything else that would preclude a good brake now.
Was the lever changed?
I know, on my MK3, when it arrived with me the front brake was dreadful, [Spongy], after much twiddling, and bleeding, I replaced the lever and she's been fine since.

Yep changed the lever the same time I changed everything else. Just bought a new adjustable lever today, gonna try that out later.

All sorted, and passed the mot today.

jumpin jack - so u what change do u reckon made the biggest improvement to the brake feel? or just a combination of everything you did?
