I've got the air filter out and it goes faster...that's mean that i need a bigger jet right??

If you have taken the air filter off and the bike runs better then you need a smaller jet when the airfilter is back. DO NOT run the bike without an air filter. You might get very good performance for a short time but the consequences are dire in the medium/long term.
