Hello from the north west
Hello from the north west
Been on the forum for a few weeks now!
Bought a '93 CRM mk2.2 this week, and I'm in the process of bringing it back to life. I've got a list as long as my arm of things I have planned for it, but money and time are the question.
It's pretty spotless, just needed a good clean...I'll try for some pictures this week.
I'm in need of some spares mind, if anyone would care to point me in the right direction?
Kick start lever (possibly new spline too) and ignition barrel, with key!

Re: Hello from the north west
welcome pal, its great on here people will try and help you as much as possible, ive nearly finished my crm which i bought a month ago a bit of advice for you if you order parts offline double check sizes and dimensions because some sellers try to fob you off with cr parts like one shop did for me with a small end bearing twice! luckily owen an manchester xtreme is a very nice man and sourced out the required part for me at a good price also get yourself to some of the crm or trf meets, if youre near stockport theres a trf meet at the rising sun pub at 9pm this tuesday

Cheers for the welcomes!
I'm in Southport, about 45 mins from Liverpool.
Thanks for the pointer, always good to get opinions of sellers, Stockport is a bit out of the way unfortunately, thanks for the heads up mind!

It's not a bad place, as for nights out...they're okay, Liverpool tops it every time though!
Our council now charge some ridiculous amount to get onto the beach, and it doubles every summer :-(
No Weston beach racing, Southport stylee for me!!
