Hi From Studley, Warwickshire

Post by judgetedd » 09 Jan 2011, 19:19

Hi, I finally have bought a MK2 after selling mine a couple of years ago. My mate has a DR250 and tried to convince me that the DR is the way to go for beginning trail riding!
I hope to prove him wrong and show what the venerable CRM can do!! lol So hello everyone!! Thanks for the advice on buying already given on this forum.

Hi from Ross on Wye,Herefordshire.
My last bike was a DR350,and my god its a heavy old dinosaur. All the wieght is poorly distrubuted, mainly up top.
I think you will find you will run rings round him,on the trail on a CRM.
Plus loads of help and advice on this forum, from very helpfull members.
Lets just get out there, and trail it.

Welcome.

I'm in Worcester. It looks like we are getting a little group together in this area. Maybe we can get some rides in over the coming year :?:

Hi Ross, I've heard how heavy the DR's are so it will be fun!!!
Hi Knackeredmk1, I've just joined the TRF so hopefully I can get into trail riding quite quickly. My other mate has a wr250f, we all ride Harleys for our sins and generally ride around together so it will be nice to get a group together, Worcester is just up the road !!
