What Engine oil is best and 2 stroke & petrol ratio is best

Hello people what type of oil would you recomend to put in my bike as its been sat for awil and I want to flush the engine out and put new oil in also When I mix petrol with the 2 stroke what would be the best ratio do that the bike run smoothly.
I know all you guys on this site know what your talking about so I'll take what you say in and would be grateful for your knowledge

i take it your not running the autolube for whatever reason , im running putoline MX5 at 40:1 with a view to going to 50:1 when everything is sorted with the jetting

im looking at MX9 ester oil

engine oil i use putoline light gear oil

the rest will be along soon with their views shortly

and someone will tell you petrol saw oil is tops for sure

Putoline scooter oil/Putoline light gear oil ,niether from Leisure Trail as they are £1 more than a 2bit bike shop
