lesta newby after routes
Re: lesta newby after routes
*update*
iv just taken off the barrel and found the piston completely free! it still wont kick over and i put it in gear and it still wont turn the engine when i push the bike....
the gearbox seems to move from 1st to neutral easily, so does this mean a bottom end seize??

Re: lesta newby after routes
It is very likely that the bottom end is seized but it might be in the gearbox.
It will need a complete strip down to find out exactly what has happened

hi all,
i now have the engine out, all seems ok except the conrod is seized on the crankshaft end... thought it might be an idea to check in here and see if anyone has any pointers on going further, its been a while since iv had an crankcase split!
