had a really good weekend out laning in the minehaed area, (on the XR400 as i still havent put the CRM back togather) we were guided by alan from cotswold trialrides, ad in TBM.
An excellent area, bit like wales, lots of hills and rocky climbs. used a pucker trials tyre which i had some reservations about- unreal, we were literally cruising up hills i would normally struggle to even get up. fair amount of lanes but very few byways, you need the guide.

I wonder if I saw you down there?
I was there over the weekend of 16th/17th Oct, and came across a few other groups.
Still finding red mud on the bike!

na, we went the weekend just passed, not that muddy where we were, mostly rocky. saw a few other peps, but not many. thousands of horses and landrovers, on a pony roundup. also people on bikes and qauds on same. you didn`t miss anything there. one track was busier than the M25.
