Llangollen or bust.

Just come back from our first days trail riding in Llangollen, Wales, and what a revelation.....! F*%$ING AWESOME.!
We usually ride around Ashbourne in the Peaks and thought the trails there were great, but they don't have anything on the trails we rode today. There aren't any HILLS to ride in Llangollen only MOUNTAINS! The riding is amazing and the scenery is breathtaking. We never came across a single bobble hat out walking but did manage to meet 2 sets of trail riders, like ourselves out enjoying the fantastic trails. And both times they were willing to share info on lanes or trails. In the Peaks you have to string together short trails, but in Wales the trails go on for miles and miles. I might sound like a love struck teenager but i can honestly say that today was the best days trail riding i have ever had. We will be going back again within the next 5 weeks, not sure of date yet but if anyone wants to come along let me know, if you haven't been before, you will not regret it.

Managed to get a puncture in front tyre, but even that didn't put a damper on it.
