Hi,

A plug chop is to see how the fuelling is on your bike.

Do this;

find a nice, long, straight road, cane the bike through the gears, and hold flat out in top for at least half to one mile, then, whip in the clutch and kill the engine, coast to a halt, and whip out the plug, the colour of the centre electrode indicates what the mixture is - white is too lean, black is too rich, biscuit brown is spot on.

Regards,

Roger.
