Ey Up
Hello everyone. I'm Parky (Chris) and have just bought a MK1 which was in need of some love.
Someone had screwed the ignition in an attempt to nick it and Honda wanted £155 +vat so I got a pattern XL one for £20 and only used 2 wires. The mad indicator wiring took some time to figure out without a diagram but a faulty flasher was replaced and the front ones work now too
The mad indicator wiring took some time to figure out without a diagram but a faulty flasher was replaced and the front ones work now too Servo was goosed so ebay and £30 sorted that. Leaking left rad and louvre to sort and it'll be there.

I had one of these bikes "back in the day" and it has been in my top 10 ever since.
I have a wider interest in 2 strokes and have a few in the garage.

I moderate on http://the2strokeforum.proboards.com/index.cgi and organise the National 2 stroke Gathering at Squires near Leeds.
I look forward to getting on the trail again.

It's doing great business since the move. The old place in town is now a block of flats but the pub is thriving. Classic and strokers night on Thursdays
