Down on power

Hi all . New to the forum. Just after some advice. Just got a mk2 crm 250.. seems a bit slow . Checked the power vavle cables and that under the rc cover . And it moves. But could it still be faulty ... cheers .

When did the bike last have a freshen up? New piston, rings etc? Just check the valve opens right up and closes, has a wee mark where it should be set to. This is in the faqs

Whats the compression like?

Also could be something silly like carbon build up in the pipe

Compression feels good and yea the little make lines up and it all moves .. . Yea just got the bike .. might need a build then.. cheers all
