Speedometer assembly

Hi people.
I last posted about 4 years ago. I’m building a 1991 crm 250. I don’t have a speedometer assembly and it is no longer made. I’ve tried online to get a second hand one. Any ideas? Or would there be an alternative?

If you hold out long enough one will probably pop up on one of the auction sites, but you could set up a Trail Tech Vapor or similar modern dash for not a lot of money.
