just thought id post up to say hi.Just brought a crm250 as a project bike to fix up why im waiting to do my test,should be booking my theory test as soon as i get my licence back from the dvla(had to have motorcycle added)The bike is a 1992 mk2.2 and was brought stripped down,i have some pics of the parts,i will also be taking pics during the rebuild.Any advice info from people in the know would be great :)

cheers :) dont really have any questions..... YET :lol: just getting started,im sure that will change tho over the next few weeks,just a quick one tho am i right in thinking that the crank case is free from oil?and that there are two main seals on the crank shaft?if so how does the crank get lubed?cheers.

hi baker, guess you must be new to two stroke bikes, the crank case is lubed by the fuel/oil mixture just before it gets sucked up into the combustion chamber/ bore. all two strokes run on a fuel/ oil mixture :wink:
