Fork decals - guards & uppers

Post by Hallsy »

I'm after some Showa decals for the uppers on my MK2, can anyone suggest which they have used? I searched on ebay, and only two hits came up from Thailand which looked like just Showa lettering. I'm sure I've seen some that are like a black or grey wraparound with Showa in red.

Likewise, I'm after some of the Honda Dunlop decals for the guards, will some for a CR fit OK?

Cool, thanks for that.

I think with the Showa graphics I'm thinking of, it might be that a black vinyl has been put around the fork upper first (between lower yoke & end of upper), then the red Showa decal fitted.

Think I'll just do something similar :)

Yeah, although they aren't actually on a background, they are just the lettering, same as the others I found on ebay. I think I'll just use some of those but put a vinyl base down first.

I thought the same when I saw them, but when I read the description on another listing it said they were on a clear background. Oh well!!
